If you have a unique vision for your jewelry, we’d love to bring it to life. Whether you’d like to customize an existing piece from our collection with materials like gold or platinum, or have specific gemstone preferences, we are here to make it happen.

We also offer custom sizing and welcome personal ideas or commission work for one-of-a-kind pieces. If you have something special in mind, feel free to reach out, and we’ll collaborate with you to create a piece that’s just right.

Jewelry Care

​

We want your jewelry to last a long time, so here are some easy tips to keep it in good condition.

 

Over time, it’s normal for the surface to change. To help it last longer, avoid exposing your jewelry to pools, saunas, cosmetics, sweat, chemicals, and hard surfaces.

If your jewelry loses some of its shine, we can re-coat it for you to make it look like new again.

Store your jewelry safely, ideally in its original packaging, to prevent scratches, especially when traveling.

For cleaning, use a microfiber cloth. For non-coated pieces, you can also use a soft brush with soap and water.

If your jewelry needs repair, you can take it to a jeweler or send it to us, and we’ll take care of it.​

 

 

Shipping Information

​

Each of our pieces is meticulously handcrafted and produced in Germany, Black Forest.

Since we don't maintain all sizes in stock, we require a bit of time to prepare your order for shipment.

Estimated Shipping Times:

​

  • EU Countries: 2-3 weeks

  • Rest of the World: 3-4 weeks

Shipping Rates:

  • National Orders (Germany): Standard delivery via DHL - €10

  • Within the EU: Standard delivery via DHL - €18

  • Outside the EU: Standard delivery via UPS - €30

  • United States: UPS - €70

 

Important Information:

  • Taxes and Duties: These are the responsibility of the purchaser and may vary depending on your country’s regulations.

  • Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped, allowing you to follow your package's journey.

  • Packaging: Our jewelry is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

  • Customs Delays: International orders may face additional delays due to customs inspections, which are beyond our control.

  • Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout to avoid delivery issues.

If a package is returned to Germany because it was not claimed by the buyer, SCHILLER will not send a replacement.

SCHILLER is not responsible for any actions taken by customs during the delivery process. Customs procedures and potential delays are beyond our control.

The buyer is responsible for any customs charges applied to the package. These charges are determined by the local customs authority, and SCHILLER has no way of predicting or influencing them.

Be sure to include your invoice and your bank details or PayPal address. We’re happy to exchange unworn and undamaged items or issue a refund if necessary.

Please note that return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using an insured shipping method with a tracking number to ensure the package reaches us safely.
